First Sphere Course
Learning the Practice of the Art of Ascension 

There are 7 spheres in the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas;
5 of which are taught publicly, the other 2, reserved for refined levels of awareness that develop as one ascends longer hours in an Advanced Retreat offering proper guidance and understanding of these techniques in the 6th and 7th Spheres.. 

"Anything less, is at best... only a glimpse at the tip of the iceberg".

The First Sphere is offered in 2 formats:
  • 2 & 1/2 day Course offered worldwide through collaboration with sponsors and teachers of Ascension.
  • 3 night Learner's Retreat offering the First Sphere including accommodations and meals.

Learning the practice begins with the First Sphere. The Art of Ascension First Sphere is a series of techniques
based in praise, gratitude, love and compassion
that give both the mind and body exactly
​what they need to work in optimal efficiency. 

The First Sphere Course is hosted in various locations around the world through collaboration with sponsors and teachers of Ascension.

Learner's Retreat
The First Sphere

This 3 night Learner's Retreat teaches the First Sphere as taught by the Ishayas in a retreat setting; You will gain a greater understanding of the Ishayas' teaching, and a tool you can take home with you to use in your daily life.

You are invited to join teachers of Ascension in a simple retreat setting to explore this further!
