Travel Shuttle service is available and can be arranged once registration is received. (Travel Fee tbd and collected extra, upon arrival).

Event Terms & Conditions:
- A simple"Meal Program" is served in a style to accommodate personal choices.
- Daily menus may include: salad, fruits, veggies, meats, pasta, bread, dairy and more.
- No smoking, alcohol or drugs on property.

Acceptance & Receipt: You will receive a receipt for payment immediately after checkout. You will also receive a confirmation letter via email, outlining further details, once registration has been received.
Cancellation Policy: To confirm this event and reserve your space, the event fee is non-refundable once submitted. If you submit your fee and an emergency keeps you from attending, we will honor a re-schedule of the event for up to 3 months. If the event is cancelled a full refund will be given.
