The First Sphere
Learn how to Ascend in a quiet, intimate, retreat setting. In this 3 night Retreat, learn how to Ascend in a daily workshop format, combined with a peaceful retreat-like environment. During the workshop you will learn the "nuts and bolts" information of how and why Ascension works, as well as have plenty of time for questions, and to practice both on your own and with other retreat participants. --------------- Hosted at The Ishaya Foundation Retreat & Training Center. Time scheduled for personal use and discussion on how to further your practice.
