Hosted at The Ishaya Foundation Retreat & Training Center. Missouri, USA.
Pre-requisite: having learned The First Sphere Workshop in person with 2 qualified teachers.

3-10 night RetreatA 3-10 night Retreat offers the opportunity to dive into your practice with longer hours of Ascending. The event includes a simple meal menu, optional light yoga, stretching, or walk time and evening activities & discussions with teachers designed for review, asking questions and expanding upon your personal practice.

A: Its best to Ascend as much as possible each day. This event is designed to experience longer hours of Ascending, so the more you can do so, the more benefits you receive. 2. Do you offer any Yoga? A: As part of the retreat schedule, we provide (optional) time for light stretching, or yoga if you already use it in your life. We do not teach yoga classes, however, if desired or requested by any participant, a light simple form of Yoga can be demonstrated by a teacher. (Please bring a yoga mat if you wish to utilize the stretch/Yoga time). 3. Is there Wi-fi and do I need my computer? A: No, computers are not needed, and wi-fi is limited here at the Retreat Center. It is highly suggested that all cell phones be turned off during this short window of opportunity to give yourself some personal inner quiet time. However, should use of cell phone be necessary, we can arrange it and ask that you use the designated areas in order to respect the quiet space of others on the retreat. 4. What will I be eating? A: We offer a set meal program and modest menu that supports longer hours of Ascending which may include: vegetables, fruits, salads, breads, chicken, and fish and dessert, all served in a way that supports individual choice. An Ascending Retreat meal program includes a lighter breakfast, snacks during the day, and a full dinner. We respect the fact that there are as many perspectives on "eating" as there are people. Our cooks do their best to keep things simple for everyone attending, however, we are not set up to accommodate each individual's diet needs during the retreats. If you do have special health-diet needs or any specific questions about the menu, please discuss them with your event coordinator during registration.
