Love
Love is reckless; not reason.

If the distractions of the mind are removed out of the way it is very apparent what is the motivating force underneath all human endeavor. It is to be connected, to love and to be loved, ultimately it is the desire to know the Creator, God. It is the desire to return to the state of unconditional love and union with the source that we all came from.
Intimate relationships are an attempt to move toward this union and complete acceptance of one's self and others. Of course we all know that it falls short of the goal because we set the standards so low and do not quite realize the potential that is being offered. We settle for love that is trapped in the emotional level and out of fear of losing it it becomes controlled and conditioned. We strangle the true love of God before it has quite yet manifested. Because truthfully we do not know the purity and intensity of God's love yet. That is what the Ascension Attitudes are helping us to reconnect with and specifically the first Love Attitude is a great healer of that root stress.
Ascension Attitudes appear as simple thoughts like any other thought. And yet when we dive into the first Attitude of Love there is the very truth that we have been seeking all our lives and that we desperately wanted to find in another person or in our own child or in something else. It is earth shatteringly simple and yet it provides the key to a very fundamental question that our soul is asking. Am I worthy of God's love? Am I worthy or returning to my father's home even after eons of darkness that I chose to experience?
As we ascend we gradually move beyond the surface level of experience and understanding. That is where things like Innocence, Commitment, Praise, Gratitude and Love, that has been discussed in this newsletter, become a reality, an undeniable truth that one experiences in the inner space of the Divine Self.
We do not know Love yet. We have experienced the distant echoes of it in our lives filtered through many clouds of beliefs. As those clouds disperse with the Choice to ascend we will come to know God's Love and live in it. The wisdom and the unconditional love are united, the mind and the heart are governed as one, the interconnectedness of all is one's cognized reality once and for all.

The Love of God
The pure love of God, the love of God for humanity, the love of God for the human race, for everybody in the human race, for every single soul on the Earth is the Ishani energy. And that you can't say has increased, because the love of God is always infinite, but its interfacing with the Earth has been increasing steadily since at least the time of Christ, and is coming to a place now where it is taking on physical form. The Ishani energy leads a soul to Christ, leads a soul to Isha. Ni means 'to lead'. 'Ishani' means the energy that leads to Isha.
So the love of God for humanity, when recognized by human beings, causes an automatic response in the human being that makes him desire to know God. That's what's increasing and increasing and increasing on the Earth – a desire to know God. Not just as some abstract concept, but as a direct living experience. The full descent of the Ishani energy will make it possible for any human, regardless how stressed, to turn into the full light of awareness of Christ, awareness of Isha, and from there it's a small step to complete Unity. So you could say it's the motive force, or the inspirational energy, that is leading the transition from Perpetual Consciousness to Unity, because as the Ishani energy increases, Exalted Consciousness necessarily increases. I think you'll find as you innocently continue to Ascend, that all of those naturally develop, and along with them, of course then, the recognition of God, then the union with God necessarily follows.
Ishani leads the questing soul to Isha. The Ishani energy leads the soul to God by increasing love; by increasing celestial perception; by increasing divine awareness; by increasing joy, gratitude, love, compassion. It's quite an inevitable process and one that is continuing to accelerate day by day. The effect of increasing the Ishani energy is to bring fulfillment to the age-old quest of humanity to know God. When Ishani is fully present on the Earth, every human will know God, automatically. Then we can say that Heaven is on Earth.

To know the law of Spirit and live in harmony with that law is always power of unlimited degree. And that law of the Spirit is the law of Love. It is love that governs infinite space and all forms that are projected in space. That is why the Scriptures say that if you are in love you are in God and God is in you. Love is harmony and therefore keeps all things in harmony not only with itself but with each other. When man is in a consciousness of love or a consciousness of perfect unity with all things, he is in a state of perfect harmony with all things and with all people. Love is, as it might be said, cohesion, or a binding force that keeps all things in relationship to their source. Working in harmony with their source they work in harmony with all projections of that same source. But love will dissolve that which is not in harmony with the Universal order for it demands of everything its complete adherence to the principle of its own nature, which is Spirit. For that reason love destroys hate, greed, selfishness, and self-seeking and the ego that comes from those states of consciousness......
He that is in Love is in God. Love is first to be developed in the individual as an inseparable Union with the Infinite. Being one with the Infinite you are one with all the manifestations of the Infinite. This does not mean that you are to love the imperfections in the world, in your neighbor, or in yourself. Drop these out of consciousness and make your union with the Divine that is back of this outward mask in which you cannot see or know God.

The Attitude of Love
When I commanded you to love me with all your heart, mind, soul and strength, I did so because this kind of attitude makes it possible to live upward toward to the level of the Christ.
It has been hard for you to really love me in the past, even when you tried sincerely, because it is not a function of the surface mind to manufacture love for God or love for fellowman. Truth is needed first, and when it is present there will love be also.
If you hold your mind on the good news of how you and I relate, how we complement each other, how we are inseparably One whether you are aware of it or not, you will no longer have to force yourself to love me by whipping up a storm of willpower and determination.
However, if you fail to hold your mind on this good news, if you hear and forget it, continuing to think me as God afar off, in this attitude I will remain too nebulous, too remote for sincere love. Or if, perhaps, you return to the old habit of thinking I am a God of wrath waiting to impinge punishment at your first mistake, then fear of me will far outweigh your love. If you go back to thinking you cannot know me until after death, you are likely to wait until after death to feel anything about me at all, especially if you have been deceived into believing that your soul's future is secured through membership in some church. If you direct your activities through guiding spirits, you will idolize them instead of loving me as your guiding father consciousness.
For these many reasons, understanding must come before genuine love for me. Understanding will fill your mind with a vision so beautiful, so desirable, so attainable, that you will never have to try to love me. Love will flood your mind and heart spontaneously every time you think of this great vision.

The Eyes of Love
"There are no eyes but the eyes of love, dearest heart. All other supposed seeing is simply wrong thinking. Love is your only business here. Love and Fear
There are only two roots to all our emotions: love and fear. Love is the natural state oh human life; fear is the means the ego uses to control and possess the world. They cannot both simultaneously coexist: When love increases, fear evaporates -- since it was never real, it vanishes in the sunshine of perfect love. When fear increases, love hides and bides its time until the individual opens again to Truth. It can never be destroyed, but since the human is endowed by the Creator with certain inalienable rights (including the perfect and complete free will) if the ego insists on illusions, love will as if disappear from the mind until the personality chooses again for Reality.
The ego wants to own everything; this denies the reality of the perfect invincibility that results from complete surrender that is the handmaiden of love. Love is universal and freely given, yet the ego insists that it be owned, that it obey the stern dictates of when, how and where. In this the ego will forever fail, for it is fighting the wrong battle. Love can never be limited or exist in separation or isolation. Only by renunciation of the desire to manipulate and control will the ego melt into the universal Self of infinite, eternal Love.
