Introductory Lectures
These free lectures are designed to acquaint people with the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas. Teachers discuss the nature of the mind and how this practice works to effortlessly remove stress from the nervous system. It is an opportunity to listen and to ask questions. It is also an opportunity for practicing Ascenders to bring friends and share their experiences with newcomers.
First Sphere Weekend
During this three-day seminar, participants learn the first four Ascension Attitudes, collectively called the First Sphere. Throughout the weekend, instruction is alternated with time spent ascending as a group. This gives everyone a chance to practice the new techniques as they learn them, and to ask questions and receive feedback
from the teachers.
Course fee: $300.
Registration is required.
Space is limited and will be reserved on
a first come first serve basis.
Once you complete the course, you may
re-take (audit) it as often as you like, free of charge.

Thoughts: Creating your life and body
Perception: From victim to creator
Root Stress: How it affects your life
Mechanics of Ascension: How and why it works
States of Consciousness: Expanding your awareness
The Ascension Attitudes: Beyond the First Sphere
Advanced Techniques
Although there are Five Spheres that can be taught
to Ascenders, it is much more important to regularly use the Ascension Attitudes one already has than to collect more techniques. Each Sphere of Ascension is subtler and more powerful than the one before.
For those moving quickly and smoothly, it is valuable to learn the sixteen techniques of the first Four Spheres in rapid sequence.
As the mind becomes more familiar with subtle experience, each additional technique paves the way for further expansion. The general guideline for receiving new techniques is one new technique every two weeks,
with a maximum of 2 per month.
Advanced Meetings
Here Ascenders have the chance to meet with Ascension teachers. Teachers can give advanced techniques at this time or answer questions about the changing experiences of life that result from the regular practice of Ascension.
Often an advanced meeting is set for the Saturday night of a First Sphere Weekend, or may be scheduled
when a teacher is in the area.
Advanced All Day
An Advanced All Day is a day spent ascending eyes closed from 10 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon. Teachers can give advanced techniques at this time or answer questions as needed.

Advanced Weekend
Advanced weekend is a new two day course. Saturday is Ascending from 10am-4pm followed by a potluck and then at 7pm, an Advanced Meeting. Sunday is Ascending from10am-4pm and the day ends with a meeting until 5pm. Bring light snacks for Sunday. Optional lodging may be available
for some advanced weekends,
otherwise this course is daytime only.
During this course, participants have an opportunity to experience longer periods of ascending in a group. Discussion periods, with teachers, cover advanced topics and questions about one's practice.

Retreats
Regular practice of Ascension inevitably clears stress from the nervous system. This allows life to be lived more joyfully and effectively. A retreat gives participants the chance to take a break from everyday life and spend time ascending with a group, which is quite different from ascending individually.
Each evening, Ascenders gather with teachers to share what is happening for them, to ask questions, and to integrate Ascension more fully into their everyday lives.
These discussions can be powerful, especially when one is willing to let go of the limitations and judgments that cloud the clarity of the Self.

Retreats vary in length and are held in a variety
of locations around the world.

Intensives
Intensives are a minimum of 10 days. This course is recommended for the serious student. Its advanced environment is created to simulate aspects of the
6 month Advanced Retreat and Training Program and encourages one to study the inner Self deeply. With higher guidance, participants can recognize an even greater level of commitment in themselves.
An intensive is required to attend the Advanced Ascension Retreat and Training.

Advanced Ascension Retreat and Training
A course created for those ready to live from the highest level of commitment, ready to fully master the Art of Ascension as taught by the Ishayas.
The minimum requirement to attend the Advanced Ascension Retreat and Training Program
is completion of the First Sphere Course and a 7 day Retreat
or 10 day Intensive.
